Refunds & Returns Policy

At handvibe, we want you to love your handmade felt garlands! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we regret that we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Non-customized (for personalized or custom orders, returns are not accepted).

Exemptions from Returns

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Items that have been used or altered.
  • Customized garlands or special orders.
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products that are damaged or not in their original condition (excluding manufacturer defects).
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a certain number of days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time for the refund to process.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same one, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange.

Gifts

If your purchase was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the return is processed. If the gift was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to them.
